What is it?
Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
is a systematic gathering of data
across your company to identify any potential skills gaps. The results also provide a targeted training objective to ensure the right training is provided to the right people.
How does it work?
We design a bespoke survey with you that is relevant to your business and your corporate goal, it incorporates the equipment you hold on the gym floor, the additional services your organisation provides and your internal procedures.
Surveys are completed online by your employees over an agreed timescale and the results are compiled and reported back to you in a format that will allow you to make proactive decisions.
For larger surveys we also provide additional services such as floor walking, shadowing and telephone surveys. Why is this service so good?
