Comprehensive Core Training Course
Introduction to the Comprehensive Core Training Course
Core training is one of the most interesting areas of research in our industry, and with so many theories of the 'best way' to train our core muscles it can be confusing to differentiate fact from fiction.
Should the core be trained on the floor for beginners? Will only standing core exercises provide a functional carryover? Are isometric or dynamic exercises better? When should I be using weights to work my core and which exercises are best?
This 1-day course will go through the anatomy of the core, theories of core training, benefits and limitations of different modes of core training, and the practical experience of over a hundred variations of core exercises (Post-exercise muscle soreness is included within the course price!).
