Olympic lifting forms an integral part of the strength and conditioning programmes of many athletes from a wide variety of sports. This course covers all of the pre-requisite exercises, the Olympic lifts (Snatch, Clean and Jerk), the modified Olympic lifts and the Olympic Pulls.
This course will teach you the history, benefits, terminology and correct techniques of the Olympic lifts and variations.
