Juicy lifting course launched

Training provider Juice Performance has added a new Olympic Lifting Instructor course to its portfolio.

Designed to teach personal trainers and gym instructors the correct technique of lifting, the course will also offer advice on how to incorporate the lifts into clients’ training programs.
“Olympic Lifting has been extremely popular in the sport and athletic arenas for a number of years and has been hugely successful in improving athlete’s strength, speed, and power,” said Allan Collins, Juice’s technical director.

“We wanted to offer personal trainers and Instructors the opportunity to learn the lifts and progressions and gain the knowledge to efficiently integrate these into their programme design”.

The nationwide course is endorsed by REPs and awards 7 CPD points.
