Designing fitness programmes is second nature to us and forms part of all our major services. If you feel you are not quite ready to commit to a Personal Training program, that's fine. We are here to help everyone.
In order to design a programme specifically for you we will need to discuss your goals and current situation, the time you can commit, access to resources and facilities like a gym and a number of other specifics. Once we have collated this we will be able to produce a program that is tailored to you.
Downside! You will not be held accountable, taking that extra day off is all to easy. You will also find that the programme will need to changed frequently so the body can react to different stimulus in order to get results. Put simply, programme design will only allow you to reach a short term goal.
As a professional health and fitness solution provider we should not even supply this service as it will only be effective for a very short time, something like 6 weeks however, we appreciate that not everyone is able to commit to Personal Training and therefore we want to help.
Programme design is an excellent starting point if you have a fairly sedentary lifestyle and is a good introduction to Personal Training .
