Allan Collins

Technical Director
Allan Collins

Allan is the Technical Director at Juice and is responsible for our courses, venues and tutors among other things.

Allan has been in the industry for over 11 years and has personally tutored thousands of trainers.

Leon looks after the operations at Juice and is responsible for our unrivalled customer experience.

Leon also works closely with our partners and affiliates ensuring we offer a rounded services to trainers.

Jenny Fletcher Tutor / Course Development
Jenny Fletcher

Jenny has a degree from Cardiff University and has been training personal training clients in Bristol for the last 4 years. With qualifications from Premier, Lifetime, Faster, ADPF and Mobilise, Jenny focuses on functional performance, and a holistic approach to training.

She spreads her time between personal training, and working as a Sports Massage Therapist for Bristol University and Private Physiotherapy Clinics. Jenny has written and developed a number of courses for Juice Performance, and delivers CPD training in the South West.
Mark Durnford Tutor / Course Development
Mark Durnford - REPs CPD Tutor

Mark Durnford has been a dynamic trainer in the Health & Fitness industry for 14 years.

He has held management and Regional Health & Fitness Director positions in addition to personal training and lecturing.

As an athlete, Mark achieved numerous competitive swimming and triathlon accolades as well as having swam the English Channel for charity. He has trained clients toward achieving varied goals ranging from Trans-Atlantic yacht racing to Triathlons.

Angie Dowds

Angie Dowds discovered her passion for training over fifteen years ago and made the decision to be the best personal trainer she could be. Since then she has consistently been building and adding to her repertoire of training methods, knowledge of nutrition and even mind coaching in order to deliver the highest standard of health and fitness to her clients.

Angie is an innovative trainer, who studies with the best international coaches, in order to bring cutting edge training concepts into the UK. Her unique training system is about using your body in a functional dynamic way. Her clients range from top athletes, celebrities, footballers, city workers, housewives, young people and those challenged by obesity.

Angie is on a mission to inspire the nation to fitness, proving with her no nonsense approach that she can teach anyone how to train effectively and get transformational results. Her enthusiasm and passion for health and fitness is contagious, motivating people not only to change their bodies, but to change their lives.

Angie's philosophy is not just about having a beautiful body it's about having a beautiful body that works!

Rob Partridge Kettlebell Tutor / ADPF Director
Rob Partridge

Having been a competitive sportsman from a young age, Rob began playing football at professional reserve team level for Brentford FC, Arsenal and Leicester City. He then took up athletics, running the 400m at county level, becoming London Bronze medallist. Rob is currently competing in amateur boxing and was NW Divisional Champion at Cruiserweight division.

Rob has spent the past 5 years specialising in kettlebells. He was one of the first people to be certified along with only a handful of others in the UK and Europe and is one of the countries leading experts. Rob's wide range of competitive sporting experience coupled with his expertise and knowledge means not only does he get phenomenal results with his broad range of clients but also makes him a great teacher.

Rob is committed to bringing kettlebells to the forefront of the Fitness industry and helping keep the standard as high as possible.

Dr. Mark Bellamy Powerbag Tutor / Inventor and Director of Performance PT
Mark Bellamy - Powerbag

Dr Mark Bellamy has a strong academic and practical background with a PhD in sport psychology. This enhances a high quality rigorous approach to consultancy, product development and service delivery.

He has considerable experience working with genuinely elite athletes and sport performers at individual, team and organisational level.

His skill-set provides performance-enhancing support from both a psychological and strength and conditioning background.

Tommy Yule Olympic Lifting and Powerbag Tutor
Tommy Yule - Olympic Lifting

Tommy Yule is an Olympian and Oxford graduate with a recognised ability and an excellent track record in strength and conditioning coaching, having coached many international athletes, including Olympic, World and Commonwealth Games medallists. He is employed by the English Institute of Sport as the Lead Strength and Conditioning coach for Athletics at the Loughborough High Performance Centre where he has a remit to provide wide ranging support to British international athletes. Prior to this, he was a Regional Head Strength and Conditioning coach for the for English Institute of Sport where he managed and delivered support to elite athletes in Yorkshire and co-ordinating the support for the British national boxing and diving squads.

As an athlete, in the sport of Olympic Weightlifting, he competed at the 2000 Olympic Games, has medalled at the 1998, 2002 and 2006 Commonwealth Games and is currently the 105kg British snatch record holder. Tommy has written and delivers the Olympic Lifting Specialist Certification course.

Chris Paget Tutor
 

Chris has been a personal training and a sports massage therapist for 5 years with his company Pursuit Health and Performance in Gloucester, and delivers a number of the Juice CPD training courses at the Midlands and South West venues. He is a SMA qualified at L4, with Diplomas in Personal Training, Sports Massage, Advanced Therapy and a BSc in Sports Coaching.

Gavin Attore Tutor
Gavin Attore - REPs CPD Tutor

Gavin has been personal training for a number of years, after qualifying with Premier Training, and runs a very successful PT business . Since qualifying Gavin has undertaken a plethora of ongoing training to take him to the upper echelons of personal training. He has qualified with a Diploma in Functional Sports Performance from Faster, and is currently completing the GIFT programme with the Gray Institute in the US.

Gavin specialises in functional training, sports performance and rehabilitation from injury and delivers a number of CPD courses for Juice Performance.

David Scarborough Combat Fitness Tutor
David Scarborough - MMA Fitness CPD Trainer

Dave Scarborough was a top-level competitive martial arts exponent who has trained and fought for over 15 years in many Thai Boxing competitions in with the world famous Minotaur Gym. Dave has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in various martial arts skills, has trained and fought in Thailand and has trained with some top level fighters in both stand up and mma fighting. Dave is currently training 4 x Heavy Weight Champ Denniston "Mad Max" Sutherland who has a 8-2-0 fight record in the cage.

Dave is a level 3 qualified PT who specialises in Combat Fitness, is the founder of Fitness Professionals PowerPlate and Personal Training Studios in Hemel Hempstead and has over 7 years Personal Training experience in the industry. Dave delivers the MMA Fitness Instructor and MMA Fitness Certification courses for Juice Performance in London, and around the UK.

Barny Allen Tutor

Barny is a strength and conditioning coach at Gloucester Rugby club, and is accredited with the UK strength and conditioning association.

Barney delivers the strength and conditioning for rugby course and the Olympic Lifting Instructor courses for Juice Performance.

Kim Ingleby Tutor
Kim Ingleby - REPs CPD Tutor

Kim is recognised as an inspiring, dynamic trainer – nominated and winning the highly acclaimed IFS 2007 Personal Trainer of the Year and working as the Sports Therapist & NLP Coach for the GB Triathlon Team since 2006. Kim works with a wide variety of people including Danone, GB Athletes, Strictly Come Dancing Professionals & Stunt Performers, in the UK and abroad. She is fully qualified in a wide range of areas, including Personal Training, NLP, Sports Therapy, Sport Massage, Swiss Ball, Flexi Bar & Kettlebells.

Kim delivers a number of courses for Juice Performance and has worked with the Juice team for a number of years.

Paul Swainson Tutor
Paul Swainson - REPs CPD Tutor

Paul has been involved in the fitness industry since 2002, with qualifications from Premier Training, Faster and BSc in Psychology from Leeds University. Paul has run successful Personal Training businesses in various health clubs in West Yorkshire, including two national gym chains, where his clients included World Thai Boxing Champion Richard Cadden.

In 2007 he launched his private Fitness Training Consultancy, which delivers Personal Training services to clients in their homes around Leeds, and provides a Business Mentoring service for trainers new to the industry.

Paul specialises in Functional performance, advanced resistance training and behavioural psychology and delivers many of Juice Performance CPD course in the north.

Sean Purchase ADPF Kettlebell Tutor
Sean Purchase - Kettlebell CPD Tutor

Sean has been an accomplished Personal Trainer for 6 years with his company Premier Physique in London, and delivers the Kettlebell Training courses as part of ADPF. He is a UKSCA certified Strength & Conditioning Coach, with Certifications in Kettlebell Training with ADPF and the IKFF, vocational qualifications with Premier Training and a Degree in Applied Sports Science.

Sarah Moore Tutor
Sarah Moore - REPs CPD Tutor

Sarah began her career in the Health & Fitness Industry 11 years ago after completing degree in dance. She teaches numerous group exercise classes, including exercise to music, freestyle aerobics, body conditioning, step, BodyBalance, BodyPump, BodyStep and BodyAttack in numerous clubs locally and Nationally.

Sarah is an International Presenter/Trainer for Les Mills Body Training Systems and writes and delivers the Step, Advanced Choreography and Exercise to Music courses.
